Estimates
Estimates are provided free of charge and describe the scope of work discussed during the walkthrough. Work outside that scope, or conditions discovered after work begins, will be quoted separately before we continue.
Scheduling
Requested dates and time windows are confirmed by our team before the project is locked in. Weather, material availability and access to the property can affect timing, and we will tell you as early as we can if anything shifts.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your written estimate. Deposits, progress payments and final balances are agreed before the first day on site.
Workmanship
We stand behind our work. If something is not right, tell us and we will return to correct it. Damage caused by others, by building movement, or by water after completion is outside the scope of our workmanship.
Property and access
Please provide access to the work area and keep pets clear while crews are on site. We protect floors and furniture, and we leave the site clean at the end of each working day.
